Resource Manager

We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world
The Team
The Resource Management team partners closely with business leaders to ensure optimal staffing solutions based on skills, availability, and utilization. We are trusted advisors who manage deployment opportunities, drive balanced utilization, and provide enhanced visibility into skills and capacity across the firm.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to oversee resourcing strategy, workforce alignment, and operational efficiency. This role will involve partnering with business leaders, managing staffing priorities, and delivering actionable insights that support growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Resourcing & Workforce Alignment
- Drive resourcing strategy to align team capabilities with project needs, ensuring optimal placement of team members for both individual and client success.
- Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to address resource gaps and proactively resolve conflicts.
- Assess and plan future resource requirements based on current and upcoming project pipelines.
Parallax & Workforce Planning Tools
- Lead the rollout and adoption of Parallax or other resourcing software, ensuring smooth integration into operations.
- Train and support team members, establish best practices, and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize staffing and workforce planning tools (e.g., PowerBI) to influence decisions and drive utilization.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Partner with Salesforce, Talent, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to meet project budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between operational teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
- Build awareness of individual performance goals and development needs across business units.
Reporting & Insights
- Generate, analyze, and present resourcing and operational reports for senior management.
- Monitor KPIs related to project utilization, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform resourcing decisions.
Operational Leadership
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to support business growth and team development.
- Identify and implement process improvements in resourcing and operational workflows.
- Make resourcing decisions that balance business needs with individual skill development.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in resource management, project management, or related operations role, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with resource management tools (e.g., Parallax, workforce planning software) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across teams and functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, initiative, and ability to drive positive change.
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
