Customer Support Representative
With a diverse roster of clients across various industries, we’ve discovered that in person interactions are consistently the key to increasing brand awareness. With a handshake and a genuine conversation, our team knows how to break the ice and introduce the public to our clients’ products in a cost effective way.
Our proven track record has earned the trust of our clients and they have asked us to directly represent them when interacting with potential consumers. As a result, we are looking to hire a team of professionals to spearhead our latest promotional sales campaign.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Attract new customers by prospecting geographic territories
- Strategize and implement best practices to interact with a wide audience in a short period of time
- Break the ice and build rapport with potential customers while communicating the value of products and services
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge
- Foster strong relationships with team members and management staff to insure the success of the training offered
- Professionally represent clients with a positive demeanor and clear, concise communication
Customer Support Representative Required Skills:
- Extroverted, outgoing, “the life of the party”
- Ability to excel collaboratively and individually
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred
- Leadership abilities
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Personable and professional
- Conscientious and motivated to learn new skills
- Passionate about driving results for our clients
- Available to start immediately in a full time position
