About The Job

With more than 400 hours of video uploaded every minute and a billion monthly users from around the world, YouTube is changing how we interact with each other and the world around us.

In this role, you will engage regularly with YouTube’s CMO and her leadership team to establish Marketing’s direction, getting broad exposure to our entire business. You will work with teams in all YouTube geographies and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations to solve the toughest issues, drive high-priority projects, and achieve greater operational excellence within Marketing. You will have a business acumen and operational aptitude as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels. You will have an approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort with broad-reaching and ambiguous questions.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
