Hyperscaler AI Lead

Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Hybrid Cloud & Data, you are a seasoned professional with deep expertise in supporting both sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains. You possess a strong understanding of complex, multi‑practice engagements and are skilled in articulating integrated solutions that span advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drive Trusted Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the development and sales of differentiated solutions.
- Lead Solution Design and Delivery: Draw upon expertise in one or more Practices within the Hybrid Cloud & Data Service Line to deliver world‑class solution design, development, and integration services, accelerators, and outcomes.
- Manage Engagements and Revenue Growth: Directly manage engagements and focus on financial success, driving services revenue generation and growth.
- Participate in Sector and Community Events: Engage in sector, solution, or community events to promote expertise and build relationships.
- Develop Integrated Solutions: Articulate integrated solutions that span advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities, leveraging expertise across cloud, data, and AI domains.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise
Deep Cloud Domain Knowledge: Experience with cloud infrastructure, migration, and management, with the ability to articulate cloud solutions that meet client needs. Proven ability to support sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains, with a strong understanding of complex, multi‑practice engagements. Strong proficiency in AWS, Microsoft and/or Google cloud infrastructure and services.
Experience with Integrated Solution Design: Skilled in articulating integrated solutions that span advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities, leveraging expertise across cloud, data, and AI domains.
Strategic Mindset in Solution Development: Experience in delivering world‑class solution design, development, and integration services, accelerators, and outcomes, with a focus on driving business growth and transformation.
Experience delivering AI solutions to clients: Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, technical environments, and business objectives. Integrate AI models with customer data sources, APIs, infrastructure, and applications. Deliver customer‑facing demos, proofs of concept, and production‑grade implementations.
Experience with Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the development and sales of differentiated solutions.
AI Program Leadership Experience: Technical expertise leading complex AI programs, experience accelerating customer adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) services, with emphasis on building complex AI programs in AWS, Microsoft and Google environments.
AI Technical Delivery Leadership: Deep knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), Agentic AI, and MLOps, with familiarity in Python and relevant frameworks. Design and guide the implementation of scalable AI and machine learning architectures using hyperscaler platforms.
Experience Building Agentic Workflows: Experience driving adoption of Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI and building autonomous agentic AI workflows.
Industry Application: Experience building AI architectures and capabilities for specific client sectors. Evaluate and select hyperscaler tools, services, and accelerators that align with business objectives.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Complex AI Sales Experience: Experience running large opportunity capture activities for AI centric programs
- AI Training Leadership Experience: Experience delivering relevant, timely AI training to AI technical practioners of varying levels of technical expertise.
- Expertise in Practice Leadership: Deep understanding of one or more Practices within the Hybrid Cloud & Data Service Line, with the ability to draw upon this expertise to drive solution design and delivery.
