Senior Product Designer

Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Datadogs design ecosystem across our suite of products and platform experiences. Youll play a key role in crafting cohesive user-centered solutions that empower customers to visualize monitor and optimize their systems with collaborate closely with engineers product managers and designers across multiple teams to simplify complex workflows and create elegant scalable design solutions that span our 70 Datadog we value the relationships and creativity that thrive in our office culture. What Youll Do:

• Lead end-to-end design work from user research and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (PMs engineers and fellow designers) to ensure we build the right experiences for our customers.
• Contribute to and evolve Datadogs cohesive design language and overall UX vision across products and platform.
• Advocate for user needs through thoughtful design decisions and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop deep expertise in your focus area while sharing knowledge and best practices across the broader design team.
• Champion design thinking and promote a high-quality consistent user experience across the entire Datadog ecosystem.

Who You Are:

• You have 7 years of experience in digital product design preferably within SaaS or other complex systems.
• Your portfolio demonstrates end-to-end design execution with measurable impact and high-quality user experiences.
• You are an excellent communicator able to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Youre proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Framer InVision Principle).
• You think in systems and are comfortable working within and contributing to component-based design patterns.
• You value feedback and collaboration helping to elevate both your own work and that of your peers.
