Your Day-to-Day

You'll deliver high-quality outpatient primary care to patients in a community-focused setting. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients across the lifespan, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care as part of a collaborative physician-led health system. You'll participate in light phone call coverage rotated among other practices—no hospital rounds or intensive on-call requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care
