Job Summary

HireFrontier is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service / Student Services Representative to serve as a first point of contact for students, clients, and visitors. This customer-facing role combines customer service, student support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

• Provide information and support to students regarding services, programs, and resources

• Resolve customer service issues and escalate complex cases appropriately

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the customer service system

• Assist with scheduling, intake forms, and general office support

• Uphold a welcoming, service-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email systems)

Preferred Skills

• Prior customer service, hospitality, or student services experience

• Experience with CRM or ticketing software
