LOADER / MACHINE OPERATOR
LOADER / MACHINE OPERATOR -
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. PAY: $20 to $25, Experience based.
This is a production-based position supporting daily material handling and equipment operation with consistent weekday hours and opportunity for long-term growth.
DUTIES: Operating front-end loaders, skid steers, and similar equipment to move, load, and prepare materials. Handling compost, soil, stone, and related products for production and delivery. Screening and stockpiling materials. Performing basic equipment maintenance and daily checks. Working with the production team to keep operations running efficiently and safely.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred. Strong awareness of safe equipment operation and surroundings. Ability to identify and report equipment or production issues. Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction. Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
