Line Cook
The Golden Swan - An elevated restaurant in the West Village is seeking energetic, passionate and hard working individuals. Located in the heart of New York City, we are a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant committed to delivering outstanding food and an unforgettable dining experience. Our culinary team is passionate about creating exceptional dishes, and we’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our team and help us maintain the high standards that our guests expect.
You’ll be working alongside Chef Doug Brixton and his team, playing a key role in upholding our high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality. Skills and Requirements- 3+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence driven environment
- Knowledge and understanding of cooking techniques.
- Excellent knife skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
- Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
- Outstanding verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team setting and maintain professionalism
