HVAC Service Technician

Location: Hicksville, NY | Compensation: $85,000–$120,000 per year

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of tasks including service, repair, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise , a solid understanding of HVAC components and safety standards, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You’ll be expected to adapt and modify systems to meet customer needs, improve comfort, and boost energy efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

• Perform regular preventative maintenance to extend equipment life

• Install, replace, and repair HVAC systems and components

• Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements for energy efficiency

• Conduct thorough safety inspections and address any potential hazards

• Ensure every job meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on HVAC service, repair, and replacement experience (required)

• Valid New York State Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC tools, safety protocols, and diagnostics

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers

• EPA Certification preferred
