We are seeking a Utility Attendant to join our Front of House team at The Times Square EDITION . This is an essential support role for individuals who take pride in organization, efficiency, and teamwork. Working behind the scenes, the Utility Attendant helps ensure our dining rooms, private events, and service areas operate seamlessly, allowing our guest-facing team to deliver the exceptional service for which JF Restaurants is known.

As a Utility Attendant, you'll play an integral role in the daily success of restaurant operations by:

• Preparing dining rooms and private event spaces for service, including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations

• Maintaining impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked service areas throughout each shift

• Polishing silverware, glassware, plateware, and completing detailed side work to uphold our luxury service standards

• Assisting with clearing, resetting, and preparing tables to support efficient service flow

• Transporting food and supplies between the kitchen and designated service areas as needed

• Supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams with operational tasks that keep service running smoothly

• Assisting with facility cleanliness, waste removal, and overall organization

• Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications include:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required

• A strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury dining environment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other business-driven schedules

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work throughout the shift

• Authorization to work in the United States
