Position Summary

As a Sales Executive at Integra Energy, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling comprehensive solutions that combine advanced EV charging systems, high-efficiency lighting, and smart energy software.

You don’t need prior energy or EV sales experience —we’ll provide the training and support to help you master the industry. What we’re looking for is a proven sales professional with a competitive drive, strong communication skills, and the desire to succeed in a high-growth, technology-driven market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities across commercial, municipal, and enterprise markets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client goals and recommend customized hardware and software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight the value of Integra’s integrated technology and energy systems.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage leads and opportunities using CRM tools, maintaining a steady pipeline and achieving (or exceeding) sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Industry Learning: Stay informed on EV infrastructure, lighting trends, and energy software to effectively position Integra as a trusted industry leader.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management (any industry).
  • A track record of overachievement —consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value of technology-based solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to win.
  • Willingness to learn new products and market segments.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally to meet clients.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, or infrastructure-related solutions.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, construction, or sustainability sectors.
  • Interest in smart technology, electric vehicles, or green innovation.
