We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, NY. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential and regain independence in their daily lives.

About the Role:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with various physical disabilities and injuries

• Conduct evaluations, consultations, and interventions to promote optimal physical function and well-being

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment and care

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress and treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs.

• Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and modify plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Treatment and Interventions: Design and implement a variety of treatment interventions, including but not limited to, exercises, modalities, and other evidence-based practices.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
