Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join our Finance department.
The Business Analyst will work with our Finance team to facilitate 340b projects.
Essential tasks and Responsibilities:

»Assist with building and maintaining procurement analytics.

»Collaborate with 340b team with projections and various ad hoc analysis.

»Update and maintain dashboards relating to provider compensation and other financial KPIs.

»Assists in the preparation of budgets, projections, and agreements for new projects.

»Assists in the financial analysis and due diligence process for provider practice acquisitions.

»Develops tools to assess reconcile actual results to projections on key projects.

»Provide support with updating and maintaining Axiom budgeting software.

»Perform monthly CPT code analysis to ensure proper coding of visits.

»Perform provider scheduling analysis to ensure adequate patient access by site.

»Report monthly on Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR).

» contact with Human Resources and Accounting in the creation of position job codes located on the title and job code methodology.

»Assist in the creation and analysis of monthly site visit reports to be distributed to Operations.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Work-Related practice: 2 - 4 years
Preferred Work-Related practice: 5 - 8 years
Specialized expertise & expertise: practice with removing duplicates, Sumifs, Vlookup, Countifs, Averageifs, Maxifs and Minifs
income Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00/year
