Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the management team to achieve sales, profitability, and employee retention goals
• Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Train, develop, and mentor team members for continued success and growth
• Manage restaurant operations, working flexible hours including long and irregular shifts as needed
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to maintain high service and quality standards

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team building and training
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant industry (required)
• Strong motivation and exceptional work ethic
• Ability to lead independently or collaboratively with a team
• Dedication to providing excellent guest service and operational excellence
