Applicants need to possess the following skills :ServiceNow - 5 years+ CSA CIS - SPM Business analyst SPM - ESSENTIAL Lead - ESSENTIAL US Federal government experience ideal Excellent communication or consultancy skills Ability to work independently You will use your knowledge to Lead a ServiceNow SPM implementation, moving from Microsoft to SPM, innovation, demand, PPM, finance, scrum master, user stories, testing, training, scheduling and documentation.
