People and culture manager
People and Culture Manager wanted by Pier Sixty, LLC in New York, NY.Oversee ADP administration including onboarding, terminations, and updates. Process new hires, E-Verify, and employment verifications. Coordinate offer letters, benefit billing, COBRA, and workers' compensation reporting. Support employee programs (referrals, recognition, gym memberships, gifts) and internal communications (newsletters, bulletin boards). Manage employee files and serve as payroll backup. Advise management on employee relations issues and assist with OSHA reporting.Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resource, Hospitality or closely related filed plus 3 years of industry experience in guest service manager or similar roles in stated fields. 3 years of payroll experience and excellent communication skills in the English language both verbally and written.Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
