Global Sales Manager (US)

STICKYBESTIE is a global accessories brand with a fast-growing international footprint and a powerful social media presence. Our products are sold in 2,000+ stores across 16 countries and carried by some of retail’s most recognised names, including Galeries Lafayette, Nelly.com and Virgin Megastore. We collaborate with celebrities, influencers and content creators to keep the brand at the centre of culture and conversation. As we expand our presence across the US market, we’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader to own and grow our distributor and agent network.
The Role
As Global Sales Manager (US), you will drive sales performance across the US market through our network of sales agents, retailers and distributors. You’ll serve as the key commercial link between STICKYBESTIE and its partners — presenting collections, overseeing order processing, and ensuring every account delivers against its targets. This role suits someone who understands the US wholesale and distribution landscape, excels at building partnerships, and has a proven record of growing accounts within the fashion or accessories industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support and grow STICKYBESTIE’s network of retailers, sales agents and distributors across the US
- Present new monthly collections to retailers, agents and distributors, equipping them with the tools and product knowledge to sell effectively
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and a seamless partner experience
- Set, monitor and deliver against sales targets by account and region, identifying risks and opportunities early
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners while identifying new distribution opportunities
- Analyze sell-through and performance data to inform commercial decisions and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics and product teams to align on launches, inventory and seasonal campaigns
- Represent STICKYBESTIE at trade shows, showroom appointments and key account meetings nationwide
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role at a fashion, accessories or lifestyle brand — you’ll be able to show us the brands you’ve worked with and the results you delivered
- Strong understanding of the US wholesale, distributor and sales-agent model
- A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-management and presentation skills
- Commercially minded, with confidence in reading and acting on sales data
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail in order management
- Willingness to travel across the US for partner meetings, showroom appointments and trade events (e.g. [MAGIC Las Vegas, Coterie New York])
Nice to Have
- An existing network of contacts within US fashion retail and distribution
- Experience presenting seasonal or monthly collections to wholesale partners
- Familiarity with [ERP / order-management system, e.g. Joor, NuOrder, SAP]
