WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PATIENT SCHEDULER?

In this full-time or part-time role, you will be the bridge between our patients and their transformative care. Your day will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, texting patients, and following up to schedule consultations and treatment appointments. You'll work closely with our Treatment Coordinator to ensure patients are informed, prepared, and aligned with their care plans. Using proven scripts and communication strategies, you'll convert inquiries into appointments while addressing concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism. Every interaction you have will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
