Serving traditional French fare with a newly invigorated soul, the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar, outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors, mosaic-tiled floor, and gold-tinged lighting, evokes nostalgia. Offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner, guests can enjoy gathering at any time of day — or visit us at Pastis Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and soon, West Palm Beach.
Now seeking Line Cooks in NYC who are interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing French fare made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ Years experience as Line Cook, preferably in a French-inspired restaurant
- Ability to manage a station from prep to service
- Punctual, dependable, and a team first mentality
- Full-time availability – including weekend availability
