Business Development Manager (B2B) - Part Time (NYC)

Certified Cleaners NYC is a fast-growing premium cleaning and facility services company serving modern offices, real estate firms, medical practices, property managers, and professional service firms throughout New York City.
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Professional who wants more than just a job — this is an opportunity to build a revenue engine and grow into a General Manager role.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to be directly rewarded for the revenue they generate.
Unlike traditional sales roles with capped commissions, this role is structured with direct participation in the business P&L, meaning the more you grow the business, the more you earn.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and developing strategic B2B relationships across multiple industries.
You will focus on building partnerships with:
- Property management companies
- Commercial real estate firms
- Dental and medical offices
- Professional service firms (law, finance, consulting)
- Realtors and brokerages
- Small and mid-size office spaces
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B client opportunities across NYC
- Develop relationships with decision-makers including property managers, office managers, and business owners
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Build partnerships with realtors, property management firms, and office operators
- Close new commercial cleaning contracts
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients with the operations team
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Collaborate with leadership to refine the company’s sales strategy
- Help establish scalable sales systems as the company grows
Compensation Structure
This role is performance based and designed for high upside.
Compensation includes:
- Percentage participation in the company’s P&L tied to sales performance
- Recurring income from long-term commercial cleaning contracts
- Significant upside as the company scales
Top performers will have the opportunity to earn substantial recurring income as the client base grows.
Growth Opportunity
This is not just a sales role. As the company expands, the right candidate will be trained for a General Manager position, with responsibilities including:
- Managing a sales team
- Overseeing regional operations
- Driving strategic partnerships
- Managing key accounts
- Leading business expansion into new markets

Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and strong time management
- Be open to feedback and client requests, ensuring prompt responses
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales and networking
- Highly organized and performance driven
- Interested in long-term growth and leadership opportunities
- Be fluent in English
Preferred but not required:
- Fluent in Spanish
