Position Overview:
The Director of Sales at Digital Provisions will lead the sales function to drive sustainable, long-term growth, maintaining a consistent year-over-year revenue increase. They will oversee the sales funnel, directly engage in deal-making, mentor the sales team, and ensure the delivery of competitive, customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Deal Execution
Achieve consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
Drive strategic deals and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Evaluate and optimize weekly pipeline progress.
Collaborate with executive leadership to remove deal roadblocks.
Pipeline & Funnel Optimization
Maintain an accurate and documented sales pipeline.
Improve lead quality and conversion through data-driven insights.
Set and monitor KPIs at each stage of the funnel.
Pricing & Bid Management
Lead pricing for large-scale projects, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Maintain quoting accuracy within a 2% margin of actual project costs.
Submit timely and compliant bids aligned with client and company standards.
Account Growth & Farming
Drive revenue growth in existing accounts.
Identify upsell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
Promote retention through proactive engagement and satisfaction tracking.
Team Leadership & Development
Coach and mentor the sales team.
Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Conduct training sessions on sales techniques and relationship management.
What You Bring:
Experience
10+ years in sales, with proven leadership in B2B or security integration markets.
Track record of closing complex deals and managing high-performing teams.
Skills
Proficient in ConnectWise, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
Advanced skills in communication, presentation, and negotiations.
Ability to develop sales strategies and coach others toward success.
Knowledge
Strong grasp of pricing strategy, bids, and contract management.
Familiarity with access control, security integration, or low voltage systems is preferred.
