Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to support the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module function as applicable. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience

- Workday Pro certification(s)

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core, Advanced Compensation and/or Engagement Manager certification
- Streamlining HR policies and processes
- Transforming HR organization effectiveness
- Aligning HR and business strategies
- Supporting Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module
- Configuring Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module
- Collaborating across teams for deliverables
- Supporting Global Process Owners and Centers of Excellence

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
