Gastroenterology - Physician Assistant (Binghamton, NY)

Guthrie Lourdes is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Gastroenterology Physician Assistant to join its Guthrie Binghamton Riverside Drive - Digestive Care team.

As a Guthrie Physician Assistant, you play an important role in caring for our patients while acting as a patient advocate and collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as Guthrie Specialists throughout the strong referral Network.

• Responsibilities

  • Conducting initial and follow-up patient assessments.

  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.

  • Prescribing medications and treatments.

  • Providing patient education and counseling.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Qualifications

  • Current license in New York State.

  • Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
