Litigation Paralegal (Family Law)—Westchester, NY
A well-established matrimonial and family law firm seeks to hire an experienced paralegal to work exclusively with one of the firm’s partners in its Westchester office. The firm handles the full range of family law matters, including high-stakes divorce, child custody and support, and pre- and postnuptial agreements. I have placed several people with this firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery management, including subpoenas, demands, and responses
- Motion practice support and trial preparation
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- NYSCEF court filings
- Reviewing and tracking voluminous financial records
- Maintaining a busy litigation calendar
- Coordinating client consultations
What the Firm Seeks:
- At least three years of paralegal experience in matrimonial/family law or litigation
- Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with Time Matters or PC Law a plus
What the Firm Offers:
- Base salary: $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience
