Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA
$285,000–$305,000 annual salary + incentives
The Opportunity
You'll join an established anesthesia team at a physician-led health system in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. This full-time, direct hire CRNA role is designed to deliver professional fulfillment without sacrificing your personal life. You'll provide anesthesia care in both the OR and surgery center with Monday–Friday hours, no call, no OB, and no weekends.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll provide safe and effective anesthesia care to surgical patients in the OR and surgery center. You'll collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver top-quality patient outcomes and tailor anesthesia plans to individual patient needs. This is an employed position within a stable physician-led health system, offering the support and mentorship you need to succeed.
