Managing Director, Forensic Technology
The Role
This is an opportunity to build something exceptional. As a Managing Director in Teneo's global Forensic Technology practice, you'll help shape the future of a fast-growing business at the world's leading CEO advisory firm.
You'll advise boards, CEOs, General Counsel and senior executives on their most complex litigation, investigations, regulatory matters and business-critical disputes, leading sophisticated forensic technology and eDiscovery engagements across the full EDRM lifecycle.
Beyond delivering exceptional client work, you'll define our market strategy, win new mandates, build high-performing teams and expand a market-leading Forensic Technology capability. Backed by Teneo's global platform and multidisciplinary expertise, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark, accelerate your career and help clients solve problems that matter most.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader with deep forensic technology expertise, a commercial mindset and the ambition to build, lead and grow.
Key Responsibilities
As a Managing Director, you will:
- Define and grow Teneo's Forensic Technology business, shaping strategy, market positioning and driving commercial growth.
- Advise boards, C-suite executives and General Counsel on high-stakes investigations, disputes, litigation, regulatory matters and AI transformation.
- Originate and lead complex forensic technology, eDiscovery and AI engagements, delivering innovative solutions to clients' most critical challenges.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, developing talent and fostering an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture.
- Strengthen Teneo's market profile through thought leadership, industry engagement and strategic client relationships.
- Champion innovation across forensic technology, data, AI and digital investigations, helping clients navigate an evolving risk landscape.
Key Skills & Experience
- 12+ years' experience leading forensic technology, eDiscovery and digital investigations within a leading consulting firm, Big Four or similar advisory environment.
- A proven track record of advising senior executives and winning, leading and growing complex client engagements.
- Deep expertise across forensic technology, eDiscovery, investigations, AI and data, with the credibility to solve clients' most complex challenges.
- Strong commercial instincts, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building teams, developing talent and growing a business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business advice.
- Experience with leading forensic technology platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace or Reveal. Relevant industry certifications (e.g. RCA, CFE, CAMS, IAPP or EnCE) are advantageous.
