We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our growing New York team and help transform how the world’s leading food and beverage brands make decisions.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders across CPG organizations to uncover business needs, demonstrate the value of the Tastewise platform, and close strategic deals. You will play a key role in driving new business while partnering closely with internal teams to structure and execute successful deals.

As an Account Executive at Tastewise, you will:
- Own and run the full sales cycle end-to-end from discovery and qualification through demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead product demos and strategic presentations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct budget discovery and structure deals that align with customer needs and business value.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to successful close.
- Run internal deal reviews with leadership, ensuring proactive communication and alignment throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across CPG organizations, including Marketing, Innovation, R&D, and Business Development teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and leverage tools like Gong for sales insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer onboarding.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support the continued growth of the sales organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working at CPG food brands, selling into them, or within closely related industries is required.
- 3+ years of experience as a SaaS B2B Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proven ability to drive the full sales process from prospecting and discovery through closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong is a plus).
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing, high-velocity startup environment with strong commercial instincts.
- Curious, resourceful, and motivated to continuously learn and improve through training, workshops, and industry events.
- A collaborative team player with a startup mindset and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
- Hybrid environment- 2-3 days a week in our NYC office.

- The base compensation for this role is approximately $110,00–130,000 per year, excluding bonus targets. The candidate’s final compensation will be based on their skills and experience. For candidates outside of New York City, the compensation may vary depending on the local cost of labor and other factors.
- Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks. If your expectations are outside this range, we encourage you to apply still.
