Quality Control Representative

Candidates must be available for overtime and weekends during high volume periods.

salary: $21 - $21.01 per hour

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor the quality of electronic and printed documents
• Utilize applications to do proper quality reviews.
• Interact effectively with various departments to provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Follow department procedures to ensure quality work on all tasks.
• Assist in the development of new procedures for quality assurance and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Provide timely analysis and feedback regarding potential issues.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
