The ideal candidate blends strong social strategy fundamentals with technical fluency—someone who understands how social data is sourced, analyzed, and transformed into clear, compelling stories that drive client decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of an automated social reporting approach to support ongoing and ad hoc client needs
  • Define reporting requirements and success metrics across paid, organic, and earned social channels
  • Partner with platform APIs and data pipelines to ensure real‑time ingestion of social performance data
  • Analyze social performance trends and translate data into actionable insights, narratives, and recommendations
  • Create client‑ready reporting outputs that include dashboards, visualizations, and written performance analysis
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams and clients by elevating how social data informs integrated marketing decisions

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, and API‑based data connections (hands‑on or highly fluent)
  • Experience with automated dashboards and reporting systems in a social or digital marketing context
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered reporting and analytics tools, including Claude‑coded AI
  • Deep understanding of social media performance metrics across paid, organic, and earned channels
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, client‑friendly insights and narratives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Looker Studio
  • Agency experience supporting multiple clients or large‑scale social programs
  • Exposure to cross‑channel or integrated marketing performance reporting
