Become part of an ambitious new fine dining restaurant in Manhattan's Flatiron District and join our opening team.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a restaurant from the ground up alongside a team of passionate hospitality professionals committed to delivering exceptional food, wine, and service.

We're seeking polished, service-driven Captains with experience in Michelin-recognized or comparable fine dining restaurants. The ideal candidate understands that great hospitality extends beyond technical service and is built on genuine connections, thoughtful attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

A passion for wine is essential.

We're looking for professionals who enjoy engaging guests in conversations about wine, making thoughtful recommendations, and continually expanding their knowledge. Formal wine certifications are appreciated but not required. Curiosity, confidence, and a desire to learn are far more important.

Qualifications:

• Previous Captain or senior front-of-house experience in a Michelin-recognized or comparable fine dining restaurant
• A genuine passion for wine and ongoing wine education
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and fine dining service
• Confidence discussing wine and offering thoughtful pairing recommendations
• A warm, polished, and highly professional service style
• Exceptional communication, organization, and tableside leadership skills
• The ability to anticipate guests' needs and create highly personalized experiences
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to hospitality
• Availability to participate in pre-opening training
