We're looking for exceptional Pilates instructors who believe movement can change lives and are read y to make teaching their full-time career. At New York Pilates, teaching is more than leading a class, it's creating an experience that inspires confidence, builds community, and keeps people coming back.
Our salaried instructors are the heart of our studio community, bringing expertise, consistency, and energy to our clients while helping shape the future of New York Pilates.
If you're passionate about movement, love great music, obsess over thoughtful cueing, and want to teach at one of the country's leading Pilates brands, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do- Teach New York Pilates' signature ABS ARMS ASS Reformer classes
- Deliver an exceptional student experience through thoughtful programming, intentional cueing, and authentic connection.
- Build community in the studio, online, and at events.
- Teach a consistent schedule of 25+ hours per week and support the team by subbing when needed.
- Represent New York Pilates with professionalism, energy, and authentic style.
Consistent Scheduling
Block schedules that support work-life balance.
Competitive Pay
$90,000-$120,000 annual salary. Full-time team members are also eligible for medical benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).

- 400+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification.
- 5+ years experience teaching group medium to large Reformer classes.
- Lives within 15 miles of the teaching market.
