Customer Success Manager - Scaled Accounts

As the Customer Success Manager for Scaled Accounts, you will fully own the relationship with a large portfolio of small-to-medium sized accounts. From onboarding through implementation and renewals, you will be responsible for the client life cycle of your book of business. You will help develop and implement a long-term strategic plan for clients at scale, ensuring that these clients continue to receive stellar support and value. Lastly, you will work cross-functionally with other teams at Trullion to surface customer feedback and facilitate growth opportunities and product enhancements when relevant.
- Onboard and train new clients to Trullion’s system.
- Drive high retention rates within your book of business.
- Execute a client engagement strategy for small-to-medium size accounts, at scale.
- Organize quarterly webinars for mid-market accounts.
- Partner with other teams to surface customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in an account management role at a fast-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally in FinTech.
- Bachelor's degree required. Finance or accounting background is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build trust.
- A consultative approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools is required, and experience with SaaS platforms or other accounting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $115,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
