The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our office. This is a unique opportunity to use your litigation skills to make a real impact for clients, take significant ownership of your cases, and grow with a modern, tech-forward firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters against insurance carriers.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Draft compelling motions (e.g., summary judgment, motions to strike) and sharp oppositions.
• Prepare for and handle court appearances (virtual and in-person), including status conferences, motion arguments, and pre-trial conferences.
• Lead settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of partners, associates, and support staff focused on a shared mission.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing in the State of New York.
• Minimum one year of demonstrable experience (either Plaintiff or Defense).
• Significant experience drafting motions and oppositions.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, PACER) and NYSCEF.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle complex matters proactively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in New York No-Fault litigation representing healthcare providers.
• First-chair trial experience.
• Experience in personal injury or workers' compensation litigation.
• Experience with Arbitration (AAA or Forthright).
