At Compass Group USA, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premier account in New York. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Manage daily operations to ensure success
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and deliver top-quality food
• Implement new culinary programs in partnership with our marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred
• Five years of foodservice operation experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated experience in production and catering
• Previous experience in budget management
• A desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
