What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years’ relevant restaurant experience
• Intuitive understanding of full service, casual upscale restaurant service
• Strong financial acumen to understand financial implications, understanding P&L, understanding COGs, labor, and operations excellence
• Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems)
• State required food safety certifications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.
• Strong people management experience and abilities
• Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
