As a **Security Guard - Full-Time Driver - Financial Patrol** in **New York, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling financial institution locations to help create a secure environment for clients and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate between assigned areas. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the financial institution location.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related matters and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ At least six months of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
