Job Title

Business Strategy Advisor

• Strategic Business Analysis
  • Support major business transformation initiatives across Fiserv, such as product operating model transformation, etc.
  • Partner with multiple business units to identify new opportunities such as new products, market entry, process improvement etc. that drive P&L improvement
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and remove barriers to ensure team success
• Program and Product Support
  • Drive program and product priorities forward through strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight
  • Develop business case and strategic frameworks for new initiatives and products
  • Monitor program performance and provide strategic recommendations for course correction
• Executive Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations linking strategic initiatives to P&L performance and business outcomes
  • Synthesize complex business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Support board presentations and investor communications with focus on business results and growth strategy

Salary Range

$97,500.00 - $164,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
