PM Line Cook

Chef John Fraser is seeking experienced and passionate PM Line Cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at The Wall Street Hotel . This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group, working alongside industry-leading professionals in a high-volume, fine dining setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute all food items and mise-en-place with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding product quality and inventory levels.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
• Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out)
• Perform station break-downs and deep cleaning duties with pride and professionalism.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of kitchen experience in Saute or Pasta station.
• Must have  Evening / PM availability
• Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary skills and cooking techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
