Senior Full Stack Engineer (Web3)

## About the Role

Blockchain Game Alliance is looking for a skilled **Web3 Full Stack Engineer** to help build scalable web applications and blockchain-integrated systems for Web3 gaming and decentralized platforms.

You will work with distributed teams across frontend, backend, and blockchain development to create modern applications supporting NFTs, wallet connectivity, digital assets, and decentralized gaming ecosystems.

This is a fully remote role with flexible engagement options for experienced engineers passionate about Web3 technologies and product development.

## Responsibilities

### Frontend Development

* Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
* Collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences
* Optimize frontend performance and scalability

### Backend Development

* Develop APIs, backend services, and scalable server-side systems
* Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis
* Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

### Web3 Integration

* Integrate blockchain functionality into web applications
* Work with wallet providers such as MetaMask and WalletConnect
* Interact with smart contracts using Ethers.js, Web3.js, Wagmi, or Viem
* Support NFT systems and decentralized application infrastructure

### Team Collaboration

* Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows
* Contribute to GitHub pull requests and code reviews
* Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams
* Maintain technical documentation and development standards

## Requirements

### Required Skills

* Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
* Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks
* Experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or backend frameworks
* Experience building REST APIs or GraphQL services
* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis
* Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized applications
* Experience with Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js, Web3.js, Wagmi, or Viem
* Familiarity with GitHub workflows and remote collaboration

### Preferred

* Experience with Solidity or smart contract integrations
* Experience building NFT marketplaces or Web3 gaming platforms
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
* Interest in gaming, blockchain ecosystems, and digital economies
