Job Summary

Parts Buyer will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the semiconductor Parts procurement process. This includes PO management, order tracking, vendor communication and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will contribute in a fast-paced environment to help our supply chain operate more efficiently by working closely with stakeholders including Engineering, Logistics, and Suppliers.

Job Description

• Creating and managing Purchase Orders for Spare Parts
• Ensuring timely delivery through follow-up w/ vendors, carriers and Logistics
• Manage Leadtime and support incident review/resolution for lost or missing shipments and GRs; help drive improvements and updated business processes
• Support KPI management for high volume Spare Parts, excess SP inventory, and other key metrics
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with internal (Engineering, Logistics, etc.) and external (Suppliers; Company HQ)

Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience, including 1+ year in Procurement or a supply chain related field
• CPM/CPSM/CPIM a plus; previous semiconductor industry experience a plus

Education/Certification/Training

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field a plus

Additional Requirements

• Shift: 1st shift 8A-5P - Mon-Fri
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Pay rate

• $30-36 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
