Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Guest Service:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate needs to management.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu items and ingredients to assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Engage with guests at the table, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Order Taking and Delivery:
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Serve orders promptly and deliver them to the table with precision and attention to detail.
  • Clear tables and remove dinnerware in a timely manner to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Menu and Attraction Knowledge:
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including food and beverage options, to provide detailed descriptions and answer guest questions.
  • Stay informed about Apex Entertainment attractions to effectively assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Sidework and Team Support:
  • Complete opening and closing sidework tasks, including restocking and organizing, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support team members by answering phone calls, assisting with seating guests, and pre-bussing other servers' tables.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to fulfill running sidework responsibilities, such as running food and beverages, resetting tables, and restocking wait stations.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
  • Maintain awareness of your surroundings and stay informed about activities throughout the facility.
  • Be open to additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 .
• 1-2 years of experience working in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is a must.
• Experience working with POS systems and superior cash handling skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to remain composed during busy and stressful times.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working events is a plus.
