Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can run the line, make great pizza, and keep the team moving in the right direction. This role blends kitchen management with real leadership on the floor — someone who’s vocal, organized, and confident running a busy service.
What You’ll Do
Lead the kitchen team and set the tone for service
Make pizza to house standards and train others to do the same
Manage daily operations: prep, service flow, cleanliness, closing tasks
Maintain organization across stations and back-of-house systems
Solve problems quickly during high-volume service
Own scheduling, labor planning, and basic COGS tracking
Work closely with ownership to improve systems and grow the business
Communicate clearly and maintain a positive, disciplined kitchen culture
What You Bring
Strong team leadership experience (required)
Pizza-making or solid line-cook background
Comfortable being vocal, direct, and hands-on with staff
Ability to stay organized under pressure
Open availability, including weekends and longer weeks
Familiarity with Toast, Excel/Sheets, and basic reporting
Experience with ordering, inventory, and food cost awareness
A desire to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time
