Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local&travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 5 years of current X-Ray experience.

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Special Requests: Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload; RTO requests after upload will not be approved. Travelers with permanent addresses in the following New York counties will not be considered: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington.

Shift&Scheduling: Every 4th weekend. No call. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted; less is best.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
