MONTBLANC-TEMP MARKETING COORDINATOR

OVERVIEW:

Support Brand Marketing & Communications efforts and act as coordinator to support a multitude of projects and deadlines. This position will be integrated within the North America Marketing department. They will work with cross-functional and HQ teams and have exposure to the Maison's strategic brand marketing priorities and upcoming priority brand campaign moments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support planning and execution of brand marketing activities including communication events, digital activations, sustainability programs...
• Support creation and relevancy of marketing documents including master calendars, reports, presentations...
• Support with marketing administration tasks including vendor creation, invoice tracking...
• Manage logistics, communications, and deadlines with external vendors and partners.
• Act as brand representative and manage communication for client comments and inquiries on brand initiatives.
• Coordinate product and sample requests and ordering
• Support the expansion of digital activation and brand marketing programs - identifying new potential partners, content, experiences...
• Monitor retail / luxury brand activations and trends, create, and lead monthly report and overview to present to marketing team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously, project manage, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A self - starter with strong sense of problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Minimum of 3 years corporate environment experience, retail and/or luxury industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP is a bonus.

Salary range: $25-$35/hr
