Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
We are looking for a versatile Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the maximum uptime of our industrial manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for the "health" of our production line, performing everything from high-stakes emergency repairs to sophisticated predictive maintenance using modern diagnostic tools.
- Experience: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics) and mechanical drive systems (gears, belts, bearings).
- Must be able to do preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on industrial machines.

education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues with hydraulic presses, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and high-speed packaging machinery.
- Electrical Mastery: Read and interpret electrical schematics; troubleshoot VFD parameter faults, relays, and sensors. Ability to read ladder logic for PLC diagnostics is a major plus.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute digital PM checklists through our mobile CMMS, documenting root causes and part consumption in real-time.
- Fabrication & Repair: Utilize shop tools (lathes, mills, welders) to fabricate replacement parts or repair structural components as needed.
