Tiny Dancer is the coffee program from Under Pressure Hospitality, the team behind See No Evil Pizza and Nothing Really Matters. We're a small shop with a big heart, a curated menu, and a genuine commitment to doing things well. If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading!
We've built something we're really proud of here. Our regulars aren't just regulars because the coffee is good — they're regulars because of the people and the energy we've cultivated in this little corner of Midtown. We take the craft seriously and have a lot of fun doing it, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
What you'll do:
- Dial in and pull espresso to spec, consistently, every shift
- Prepare all drinks to standard with attention to technique and presentation
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service
- Stay on top of stocking and communicate when things are running low
- Show up ready to work, hold yourself to a high standard, and be a reliable part of a small, close-knit team
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of service and hospitality experience in a cafe, restaurant, or comparable environment; coffee experience preferred
- Strong espresso and milk texturing skills, or a genuine desire to develop them
- Latte art experience a plus
- A warm, personable presence that makes guests feel genuinely welcome
- Someone who cares about consistency, takes ownership of their work, and brings good vibes to the team
- Reliable, punctual, and excited to be here
