Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Long Term Care

Location: Montour Falls, NY

Duration: 13 Weeks

Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week

Shift: Evening Shift – 5x8-Hour Shifts

Compensation:

• Travel Pay: $1,550 – $1,600/week (based on experience)
• Local Rate: $1,300 – $1,350/week – based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN/LVN with Long-Term Care experience to provide quality nursing care in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
• Support CNA duties when required to ensure quality resident care
• Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing home/LTC experience required
• Active New York LPN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
