Integrated Producer

Position Duties: Coordinate, lead, and prioritize multiple creative projects and marketing campaigns involving multiple collaborators for digital, print, environmental, interactive, and broadcast. Proactively ensure the smooth running of project workflows through the Bloomberg Marketing Studio, coordinating tasks and activities with creative teams, marketing managers and partners to meet deadlines. Build sophisticated timelines using work management tools, actively tracking projects through all stages of creative development from briefing to production and final delivery maintaining/adjusting workflow as needed. Drive projects forward, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right projects and all necessary parties are informed of the status. Oversee the timely delivery of work products to internal approvers and clients during the review process. Influence process improvement and propose new ways to work effectively. Assist in managing outside resources by gathering estimates and specs, acquiring budget approvals, crafting purchase orders, handing off work and tracking progress. Run daily or weekly meetings to align internal stakeholders on status, logistics, timing, and communication issues that arise during the lifespan of a production project. Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelors degree or the foreign equivalent in Marketing, Media Management, Media Technology, or related and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or related. Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Managing omnichannel digital campaigns, websites, performance marketing initiatives, and print creative; Validating project briefs, objectives, deadlines, and deliverables, and gathering required details to initiate work; Reviewing new project requests and collecting relevant information to define scope and requirements; Leading regular status meetings, creative reviews, and coordinating actionable next steps; Utilizing a workflow management tool such as Asana or Workfront to track and manage project progress; Project managing large-scale events involving high volumes of print collateral, from project initiation to final asset delivery; and Collaborating with creative and digital teams on integration, communication, and shared solutions.
