Medical Front Desk
Join an upscale Physical Therapy clinic in downtown New York City as our Front Desk.
Seeking a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, self-starter to manage front desk operations and support office activities.
$50,000 per year salaried position, with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and handle incoming calls
- Verify new patient insurance and collect payments
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Assist with administrative projects and office management

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule will vary some days 12:00 - 8:00 others 9:30 - 6:30, but you will not have to work more than 40 hours and NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum one year medical receptionist experience
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Positive, friendly, outgoing personality
- Passion for wellness and alternative medicine
